Job summary

Armada in Dubai is seeking a Senior Customer Solutions Engineer, Edge AI, a hybrid role responsible for hands-on deployments and ongoing technical account ownership across the ME region. You will lead platform bring-up, ensure production readiness, and guide customers from deployment to expansion while coordinating with cross-functional teams to accelerate value and adoption.

The role requires 8+ years in infrastructure or related roles, deep Linux, Kubernetes, and GPU expertise, and willingness

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure, platform engineering, SRE, forward-deployed engineering, or technical account roles.
• Deep technical expertise across Linux, networking, Kubernetes, storage, and GPU-accelerated compute.
• Willingness to travel across Saudi Arabia and the broader ME region.
• Strong communication style suitable for executive and engineering audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment of Armada platforms including Atlas, Galleon with AEP, and Leviathan AI Factory integrated with Bridge GPU-as-a-Service.
• Own on-site and in-country deployments across the ME region.
• Own the technical success plan, adoption milestones, and operational maturity roadmap.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with customer engineering, IT, OT, and security teams.
