The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or BE in Electrical/Electronics & Instrumentation, with hands-on supervision experience and knowledge of drawings and permits-to-work.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electricals, Electronics, Instrumentation or related engineering discipline.
• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering preferred.
• Relevant oil & gas safety, electrical, instrumentation or hazardous-area certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical and instrumentation installation, maintenance, testing, and commissioning activities at oil and gas facilities.
• Coordinate daily E&I activities and allocate work to technicians according to project and maintenance priorities.
• Review electrical drawings, instrumentation diagrams, specifications, and related technical documentation before execution.
• Monitor installation and maintenance of electrical equipment, instruments, control systems, cabling, panels, and field devices.
• Troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation faults and coordinate corrective maintenance activities.
• Ensure all E&I activities comply with approved procedures, permit-to-work requirements, and site HSE standards.
• Inspect completed work and support testing, commissioning, punch-list clearance, and handover activities.
• Coordinate with engineering, mechanical, operations, safety, and other site teams to complete E&I activities safely and efficiently.
