Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years' construction/site supervision experience, preferably in Oil & Gas, with Diploma or Bachelor in Civil/Mechanical engineering. Strong coordination with contractors, inspectors, and project staff is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma/bachelor in Civil/Mechanical or relevant engineering discipline.
• Experience in supervising on Oil & Gas construction sites is preferred.
• Knowledge of drawings, specs and procedures is essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the Oil & Gas project site.
• Ensure activities comply with drawings, specifications and procedures.
• Coordinate site activities with contractors, engineers, inspectors and project personnel.
• Monitor progress and support completion according to project schedules.
• Enforce HSE procedures and safe working practices on site.
• Inspect completed work and coordinate corrective actions for quality issues.
• Maintain construction progress records, inspection documentation and site reports.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and work fronts for planned activities.
