Job summary

Sisco Jobs in Abu Dhabi seeks a Piping Supervisor for an Oil & Gas project. The role focuses on supervising piping fabrication, erection, installation, and site activities, coordinating crews, and ensuring safety and quality on the project.

You will interpret drawings, isometrics, layouts, and specifications, work with engineering, QA/QC, safety, and other teams, and support inspection, testing, and punch-list clearance to keep the project on track.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in mechanical engineering required or preferred.
• BE/B.Tech in mechanical engineering preferred.
• Relevant piping, construction safety, or oil & gas project certifications may be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day piping fabrication, erection, installation, and associated site activities.
• Coordinate piping crews and allocate manpower according to project priorities and work schedules.
• Interpret piping drawings, isometrics, layouts, specifications, and project documentation.
• Monitor piping installation to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, safety, construction, and other site teams to resolve piping-related issues.
• Ensure piping work complies with applicable HSE procedures and permit requirements.
• Monitor work progress and communicate site status, constraints, and material needs to project management.
• Support inspection, testing, punch-list clearance, and completion activities for piping systems.
