Job summary

Confidential Company is seeking a Senior E-commerce Specialist to grow online sales across multiple platforms, with hands-on Magento and Amazon Seller Flex experience. You will manage a 1,000-SKU catalogue, oversee brand registry, and onboard new marketplaces, coordinating with sales, marketing and operations teams.

The role requires 3–5 years in e-commerce within perfumes, cosmetics, beauty or FMCG, strong analytics and Excel skills, and an ability to work independently across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of relevant e-commerce experience, preferably in cosmetics or FMCG.
• Hands-on Magento and Amazon Seller Flex experience.
• Experience managing a 1,000-SKU catalogue.
• Knowledge of brand registry, marketplace compliance and product listing optimisation.
• Experience onboarding new platforms and managing marketplace integrations.
• Strong inventory management, analytics and online sales operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations across multiple platforms.
• Upload and manage product catalogues, pricing, and inventory on Magento.
• Coordinate Amazon Seller Flex listings, inventory and orders.
• Manage brand registry, authenticity documentation and listing protections.
• Optimise product listings with keyword-rich descriptions and images.
• Lead onboarding of new marketplaces and platform integrations.
• Monitor sales performance, KPI tracking and reporting.
