Job summary

GSS Tech Group in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Developer for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to support a leading government financial institution. You will design, build and maintain CRM solutions that underpin critical customer service and complaint management processes in a regulated environment.

This hands-on senior role requires daily coding, leading technical design of CRM solutions and mentoring junior developers, including integration, security configuration and upgrades.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM experience (online/on-premises).
• Proven experience delivering at least one full lifecycle Dynamics 365 CRM implementation.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript and Visual Studio; plugin development.
• Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus and DevOps.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, web services and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience with SQL Server, T-SQL and database design.
• Git/Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and release management.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and ITIL; certifications (PL-400 or similar) preferred.
• Experience in banking/financial services or government/regulatory environment preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, customization and implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Develop, test and deploy custom solutions using C#/.NET plugins, custom workflow activities, JavaScript and the Dynamics 365 SDK.
• Build forms, views, dashboards, business rules, workflows and business process flows to automate processes and improve user experience.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions and Azure Service Bus.
• Lead solution architecture for CRM projects in line with enterprise architecture standards.
• Configure security roles, business unit hierarchies and data management, and tune system performance.
• Support system upgrades, patching and migration activities.
• Conduct code reviews, manage version control and enforce development standards.
• Prepare technical documentation, including solution designs, system documentation and release notes.
• Mentor junior team members and work closely with business analysts, functional teams, project managers and Microsoft partners.
