Job summary

GSS Tech Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Specialist to own Dynamics 365 CRM administration for a government financial institution. You will manage production environments, deployments, and ongoing reliability of Customer Service and Complaint Management modules.

The role is platform ownership, not development, requiring hands-on experience with upgrades, incident handling and DR planning. Excellent English required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5–7 years of hands-on experience administering Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement in production.
• Experience with deployment, patch management and environment management for Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Strong skills configuring workflows, security roles and data management.
• On-premises Dynamics CRM experience (servers, SQL Server, Active Directory) desirable.
• English proficiency and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer Dynamics 365 CRM environments (online and on-premises), manage users, licenses, security roles and configurations.
• Configure and maintain Customer Service and Complaint Management modules, including data models and relations.
• Plan, execute deployments, upgrades, updates, and hotfixes across sandboxes and production.
• Run migrations, environment refreshes and regression testing with rollback planning.
• Monitor performance, incidents and HA/DR practices; participate in on-call rotations.
• Coordinate with Microsoft, partners and vendors on administration matters.
