Job summary

GSS Tech Group is seeking a Senior Developer for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM in Abu Dhabi to design, build and maintain CRM solutions supporting critical customer service and complaint management. This hands-on role involves coding daily, leading technical design and mentoring junior developers.

You will integrate CRM with enterprise systems, implement security, perform upgrades, and drive release quality while collaborating with analysts, project managers and partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 to 7 years of hands on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement (online and/or on premises)
• Proven experience delivering at least one full lifecycle Dynamics 365 CRM implementation
• Strong proficiency in C#/.NET, JavaScript and Visual Studio, including plugin development and the Dynamics 365 SDK
• Hands on experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus and Azure DevOps
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, web services and enterprise integration patterns
• Proficiency in SQL Server, T-SQL and database design
• Experience with Git/Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and release management
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and ITIL
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Associate, Dynamics 365 Application Developer Associate or Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400), or equivalent
• Experience in banking, financial services or a government or regulatory environment is strongly preferred
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is an advantage
• Excellent written and spoken English

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, customization and implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions aligned with business requirements
• Develop, test and deploy custom solutions using C#/.NET plugins, custom workflow activities, JavaScript and the Dynamics 365 SDK
• Build forms, views, dashboards, business rules, workflows and business process flows to automate processes and improve user experience
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions and Azure Service Bus
• Lead solution architecture for CRM projects in line with enterprise architecture standards
• Configure security roles, business unit hierarchies and data management, and tune system performance
• Support system upgrades, patching and migration activities
• Conduct code reviews, manage version control and enforce development standards
• Prepare technical documentation, including solution designs, system documentation and release notes
• Mentor junior team members and work closely with business analysts, functional teams, project managers and Microsoft partners
