Savills Group is expanding its residential team in Dubai and seeks senior Brokers aiming to advance their careers with a global brand. Brokers will benefit from global marketing exposure, lead generation, and access to a vast network to close deals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years sales experience within the Dubai market.
• RERA license is required.
• Must hold a UAE driver’s license with own car.
• Strong negotiation and selling skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual monthly targets as set by management.
• Qualify leads and manage data using the company CRM.
• Prepare and execute sales agreements and advertising materials.
• Stay updated on market trends and best practices.
• Network actively and identify new business opportunities, including events and property market updates.
• Abide by RERA standards.
• Ensure punctual attendance for commitments.
• Maintain professional and ethical standards.
• Maintain a high professional profile.
• Build relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Present to potential clients and conduct property viewings.
• Develop relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify and implement innovative marketing initiatives to generate new business.
• Understand local property laws and procedures for sale/lease.
• Maintain company databases and upload data on clients and viewings.
