Zenith Opulent Properties in Dubai seeks an experienced Senior Real Estate Agent to advise investors and buyers in off-plan and secondary markets. You will close transactions, manage client relations, and leverage the company’s marketing and CRM to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years real estate experience in Dubai.
• Fluency in English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advise buyers, investors, landlords, and sellers on Dubai real estate opportunities.
• Generate and manage qualified leads through networking, referrals, prospecting, and campaigns.
• Handle off-plan and secondary-market transactions from enquiry through closing.
• Conduct property viewings, client meetings, and investment consultations.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, investors, developers, and partners.
• Prepare comparative market analyses, property valuations, and investment recommendations.
• Negotiate offers and ensure transactions progress efficiently.
• Maintain accurate client and transaction records through the CRM.
• Stay informed about Dubai market trends, project launches, pricing, regulations, and opportunities.
