Egis is seeking a Document Controller to manage and maintain project documentation through the lifecycle. You will ensure all correspondence, drawings, submittals, and reports are properly controlled using Aconex in line with project requirements and client standards.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Bachelor's in information management and at least 10 years' document control experience, with 3 years on Aconex and UAE project exposure.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in information management, or a related field.
• 10 years of document control experience in construction, engineering, infrastructure, or consultancy.
• 3 years of hands-on experience using Aconex on major construction projects.
• Experience working on projects in Abu Dhabi or the UAE is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Manage, track, distribute and maintain project documentation through the project lifecycle.
• Ensure all project correspondence, drawings, submittals, reports and contractual documents are controlled and compliant with requirements, procedures and client standards using Aconex.
