Job summary

ADIB - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Officer, Compliance & Assurance within the Cyber Defense Center. The role focuses on data loss prevention monitoring, incident validation, governance, and assurance to support information security and data protection objectives.

You will monitor DLP events, validate incidents, coordinate investigations, maintain dashboards, and ensure adherence to policies and regulatory obligations, while driving continuous improvements in DLP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, cybersecurity or CS is required.
• Minimum 5 years in information security, risk, or compliance, preferably in banking.
• Experience with DLP monitoring, investigations, and governance.
• Experience with L2 review, incident validation, and audit support.
• Strong knowledge of UAE data protection and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and investigate DLP alerts across data transfer channels.
• Perform L2 validation of L1 incidents and ensure accurate classification.
• Coordinate investigations and escalation with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain DLP dashboards and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with ADIB policies and regulatory obligations.
• Lead awareness initiatives and provide guidance to L1 analysts.
