Job summary

Dicetek LLC in Abu Dhabi seeks a seasoned Data Loss Prevention (DLP) specialist to lead the design, deployment and tuning of DLP policies across endpoints, networks, email and cloud.

You will monitor alerts, perform incident analysis, support data classification initiatives, and collaborate with security, IT and compliance teams to strengthen data protection. Strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills are essential, as is experience with enterprise DLP solutions and policy management.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with enterprise DLP solutions and policy management.
• Experience with data discovery, classification, monitoring and remediation.
• Knowledge of endpoint, network, email, cloud security controls.
• Experience handling security incidents and regulatory/compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, enhance, and maintain the organization’s Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solution.
• Design, implement, and fine-tune DLP policies across endpoints, network, email, and cloud environments.
• Monitor DLP alerts and investigate security incidents involving sensitive data.
• Perform incident analysis, remediation, root-cause analysis, and escalation when required.
• Support data classification, sensitive information discovery, and data protection initiatives.
• Identify policy gaps and optimize DLP controls to reduce false positives while improving security coverage.
• Work with Security Operations, Infrastructure, Compliance, and business teams to strengthen data protection.
• Maintain DLP documentation, reports, dashboards, and governance processes.
