Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and C++ with healthcare data experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of data science projects from conceptualization to deployment.
• Develop and implement complex AI models using machine learning algorithms like neural networks and decision trees.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and success metrics.
• Extract insights from clinical and operational data sources such as Epic Clarity, HL7, and DICOM.
• Mentor and guide junior data scientists to foster professional growth.
• Translate technical findings into compelling narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
