Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong expertise in Software Architecture, Enterprise Solutions Architecture, and Digital Platforms.
• Proven experience in Agile, DevOps, and DevSecOps environments.
• Deep understanding of modern architecture patterns, microservices, APIs, integration platforms, and cloud-native solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the architecture strategy and roadmap for enterprise digital platforms.
• Design scalable, secure, and resilient software solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Establish and govern Solution Architecture practices, standards, and frameworks.
• Drive technology innovation across Digital Experience Platforms, Martech, Data Platforms, Integration Services, and Cloud Solutions.
• Lead architecture reviews and ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards.
• Define and govern non-functional requirements, including security, performance, reliability, scalability, observability, and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver modern technology solutions and digital products.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to architecture and engineering teams.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend future capabilities that enhance business outcomes.
• Support enterprise transformation initiatives through architecture governance and strategic technology planning.

We are looking for an accomplished Senior Director, Software Architecture to lead the design and evolution of enterprise-scale digital solutions that power some of the region's most innovative guest experiences. You will be responsible for shaping the technology landscape across our digital ecosystem, driving architecture strategy, defining future-state solutions, establishing solution architecture governance, and leading the development of scalable, secure, and high-performing platforms. Working closely with business leaders, product owners, engineers, and enterprise architects, you will ensure technology investments align with business objectives while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the architecture strategy and roadmap for enterprise digital platforms.
• Design scalable, secure, and resilient software solutions aligned with business objectives.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong expertise in Software Architecture, Enterprise Solutions Architecture, and Digital Platforms.
• Proven experience in Agile, DevOps, and DevSecOps environments.
• Deep understanding of modern architecture patterns, microservices, APIs, integration platforms, and cloud-native solutions.

Technical Expertise

Hands-on experience in at least two of the following:

• Front-End Technologies (ReactJS, React Native, Flutter, NextJS)
• Digital Experience Platforms such as Sitecore

Experience

• 12+ years of IT experience.
• 8+ years in Software Architecture roles.
• 4+ years in Enterprise Solution and Technical Architecture.
• Experience within Entertainment, Leisure, Hospitality, or Customer Experience-driven organizations is advantageous.
