Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, you will drive readiness criteria, platform standards, and consistent execution while building and scaling the TPM and SA functions for enterprise cloud initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define pre-sales platform positioning and deployment models across customers.
• Establish deployment standards and readiness criteria for scalable implementations.
• Own portfolio delivery governance and risk management with focus on revenue impact.
• Manage executive relationships and drive account health and ROI verification.
• Design and scale the technical engagement operating model across global programs.
