• Lead the overall delivery operating model across the enterprise.
• Drive initiatives to improve delivery efficiency, utilization, margin and customer outcomes.
• Develop consistent delivery standards and methodologies across units and service lines.
• Build and maintain executive performance reporting including scorecards and dashboards.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate and improve processes across the delivery lifecycle.
• Embed continuous improvement and structured problem-solving across the organisation.
• Ensure capacity, processes and tools align with growth plans.
• Represent the delivery organisation in senior governance meetings.
