Job summary

We One in Dubai is seeking a senior project leader to drive end-to-end ELV/AV projects across Security, ICT, AV, and Low-Current Systems. You will ensure on-time delivery, cost control, quality compliance, and client satisfaction while pushing operational excellence and profitability.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree, PMP certification, and 10–15 years in smart solutions delivery, including government or construction projects, handling projects in the 30–50 M range.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer engineering, electronics, computer science.
• Certified PMP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, and closure of all projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and per scope.
• Drive cost control, margin protection, and cash flow.
• Lead audits, NCR closure, and corrective actions with PMs.
