Qualifications
- PMP certification with strong background in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proven experience delivering AV and ELV projects valued at 30M to 50M and above.
- Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control systems, structured cabling, AV systems and BMS interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Oversee full lifecycle of AV and ELV projects ensuring delivery within approved scope, budget and schedule.
- Approve project plans, execution methodologies and control frameworks.
- Identify and mitigate commercial and operational risks while managing variations and claims.
