Job summary

ALEC Technologies is seeking an experienced ELV Package Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of AV and ELV systems on large construction projects in the UAE. You will oversee design reviews, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover, coordinating ICT, ELV, MEP, and other disciplines to ensure integrated, high‑quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with minimum 7 years' experience.
• Mega-project experience and AV/ELV delivery expertise highly desirable.
• CTS-D/CTS-I certifications are desirable for candidates.

Responsibilities

• Lead the complete AV and ELV delivery from design through installation, testing, commissioning and handover.
• Review and approve system designs, architecture, network topology, and equipment layouts.
• Coordinate with ICT, ELV, MEP, Architecture, Structural, and Acoustic teams for integrated solutions.
• Manage the AV engineering team and supervise submittals, shop drawings, and project docs.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC, safety, and project schedules across sites.
• Provide regular technical updates and risk management to project leadership.

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated ELV Package Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale Audio Visual (AV) and ELV systems across major construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of the AV package, from design and engineering through procurement, installation, testing, commissioning, and final handover. This role requires a strong technical background in AV systems, proven project management capabilities, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery in line with quality, budget, and schedule requirements.

Your Role

• Lead the complete delivery of AV and ELV packages from design, installation, testing, and commissioning through to final handover.
• Manage and review system designs, architecture, network topology, equipment layouts, and integration strategies.
• Lead the AV engineering team and oversee the preparation and approval of technical submittals, shop drawings, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with ICT, ELV, MEP, Architectural, Structural, and Acoustic disciplines to ensure fully integrated and clash-free solutions.
• Drive the integration of ELV systems with BMS, Fire Alarm, ICT, AV, and Smart Building platforms.
• Resolve complex technical and integration issues, ensuring system compatibility and optimal performance.
• Coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers, and vendors to ensure compliance, interoperability, and successful implementation of technologies.
• Oversee site execution activities, ensuring adherence to approved designs, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks and delays, and provide regular technical and progress reports to project leadership.
• Ensure successful testing, commissioning, documentation, QA/QC compliance, and preparation of handover and closeout deliverables.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Deep technical understanding of AV distribution systems, unified communications, control systems, and audio networking protocols such as Dante.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with a minimum of 7 years' experience; mega-project experience, CTS-D/CTS-I certifications, and AV programming/commissioning expertise are highly desirable.
