Job summary

YDU JC Air Cond & Ref Inc.- Dubai in Dubai is seeking a Security Project Manager 3 to lead ELV Security System projects. You will manage design, execution, and client liaison while aligning with QA/QC, HSE, and SIRA standards.

The role requires strong leadership in the GCC region and multitasking across several simultaneous projects. The candidate will oversee field technicians and site engineers, control budgets, prepare technical submittals, drawings, method statements, and progress reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Eng.
• Minimum of 6 years of project engineering experience in low voltage security systems.
• Recent leadership experience in the GCC region.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, negotiation, and people-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project management team in designing and executing projects.
• Monitor project cost, time, and scope with QA/QC and HSE oversight.
• Prepare progress reports and present to stakeholders.
• Manage subcontractors, finalize agreements, and resolve disputes.
• Ensure compliance with SIRA regulations and company policies.
