Job summary

LutechResources seeks an IT Senior Digital Technologist with 8–12 years in Digitalization and autonomous operations in Oil & Gas to drive digital O&M initiatives in Dubai.

Responsibilities include leading Digital Twin projects, developing platforms, managing budgets and timelines, and interfacing with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives and safety standards. Strong cybersecurity awareness and OT knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 6–10 years in Digitalization and autonomous operations in Oil & Gas.
• Understanding of OT and industrial assets.
• Proven ability to deliver complex IT solutions on time and budget.
• Knowledge of O&M techniques and standards in Oil & Gas.
• Strong data analysis leading to actionable insights.
• Experience with IT project management tools.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic insights to improve digital O&M processes and services.
• Develop, maintain, and improve digital platforms for O&M operations.
• Lead Digital Twin projects from planning to closure.
• Interface with stakeholders to refine solution design and use cases.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Drive continuous improvement and share lessons learned.
• Develop timely project status reports.
• Mentor and oversee development engineers and contractors.
