Job summary

Wood seeks a Specialist Digitalization Engineer to lead digital engineering strategy for offshore oil & gas projects during FEED, EPC, commissioning, and handover phases. You will drive digital twins, BIM models, data analytics, and information management to improve project execution and lifecycle asset management.

The role requires extensive Oil & Gas experience, PMC/ EPC exposure, and ability to coordinate across engineering teams, clients, and suppliers.

Qualifications

Minimum 15+ years in Oil & Gas engineering, at least 8+ years in offshore projects.
Experience leading digital engineering teams in large-scale projects.
PMC, FEED and EPC project experience preferred.
ADNOC or similar operator experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement the project's digitalization strategy.
Lead digital engineering activities across multidisciplinary teams.
Coordinate engineering data exchange between EPC contractors and the client; ensure data quality and governance.
Lead Digital Twin development and ensure integration of models with operational systems.
Establish metadata management and information lifecycle processes.
Support BIM execution planning and model maturity reviews.
Ensure compliance with ISO 19650/55000/15926 and client standards.
