Job summary

Create Group in Dubai is seeking a Digital Technology Director to lead the architecture, engineering, QA automation, DevOps and AI enablement across web, app, CMS and platform builds for major government, culture and tourism clients. You’ll set technology standards and own governance with strong client and internal collaboration.

The role requires 10+ years of technology leadership, hands-on guidance on cloud infrastructure, modern web/app/CMS architectures, and a track record of delivering

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading technology at digital agencies, consultancies or tech-led organisations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the senior technical partner to client IT, data and product teams, leading discovery, architecture definition, integration strategy and solution workshops
• Set and maintain standards across CMS, frameworks, cloud infrastructure, APIs, analytics, hosting and deployment, with governance for DevSecOps, documentation and risk
• Drive automation across CI/CD, regression testing, QA and environment management, and build reusable frameworks and component libraries
• Lead technical scoping, estimation and risk evaluation on new and existing business
• Select, onboard and manage development, cloud, AI and infrastructure partners
• Pilot AI, composable and headless architecture, and guide clients and developers on using AI responsibly
• Mentor engineering and delivery teams, and help us hire and grow technical talent
