Job summary

WPP Production is seeking a Senior Interactive Project Manager to drive digital campaigns in Australia and New Zealand, coordinating internal and external teams to deliver on brief, timelines and budgets.

You will collaborate with Front-End Developers, Designers and QA, engaging with cross-functional project managers to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery while managing quarterly planning, resource allocation and client reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and minimum 8 years PM experience.
• Excellent communication skills across client, management and team.
• Strong understanding of SLAs, contracts and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital projects with cross-functional teams and external resources.
• Create structure, plans, budgets and resource allocations.
• Draft timelines, reports and presentations for clients and team.
• Ensure on-time delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Maintain brand guidelines and QC checks across work streams.
• Plan resources for overseas projects and manage recruitment needs.
