Job summary

NorthBay LLC is seeking an experienced Digital Product Manager to lead end-to-end product lifecycle for enterprise digital products and platforms within a government or enterprise environment in Abu Dhabi. You will define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps, while leveraging cloud, SaaS, GenAI, LLMs, automation, and data-driven management to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technology/digital discipline.
• 5-7 years of professional experience in Digital Product Management or related leadership.
• At least 3 years leading enterprise-scale digital products or government technology solutions.
• Proven experience delivering AI-enabled, cloud-based SaaS or enterprise digital products.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and value realization.
• Translate business needs, policies, and regulations into scalable capabilities.
• Manage end-to-end digital product lifecycle from discovery to deployment.
• Apply Agile, Scrum, Lean, DevSecOps, and continuous delivery practices.
• Own and prioritize product backlogs based on insights and objectives.
• Collaborate with EA, Cybersecurity, Data, Legal, Procurement, UI/UX, Eng, and business stakeholders.
• Drive cloud-native, API-first platform capabilities aligned with gov compliance.
• Identify and integrate AI, GenAI, agentic AI and analytics use cases.
• Define AI governance, controls, ROI measurement, and adoption strategies.
• Lead AI-enabled capabilities involving LLMs, prompt engineering, MLOps.
• Lead digital transformation and modernization initiatives.
• Manage vendors, budgets, risks, procurement, dependencies, and exec reporting.
• Drive adoption, change management and stakeholder engagement across government entities.
