Job summary

NorthBay Solutions LLC in Abu Dhabi seeks a senior product leader to own the vision and strategy for enterprise digital platforms, guiding AI-enabled cloud-based products from ideation to delivery and adoption.

You will collaborate with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, data, legal and UI/UX teams to build secure, scalable solutions, champion design thinking and measurable ROI, and mentor cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, AI, information systems, or related digital discipline.
• 5-7 years in digital product management, with 3+ years leading enterprise-scale or government platforms.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled, cloud-based SaaS products in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, prompt engineering, AI governance, and MLOps.
• Experience applying Agile, Scrum, OKRs, Design Thinking, product analytics, and experimentation.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, leadership and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and value realization aligned to government priorities.
• Translate requirements into scalable product capabilities and integrated roadmaps.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle with Agile/Lean/DevSecOps from ideation to delivery and adoption.
• Prioritize backlogs based on insights, value, and objectives.
• Collaborate with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, data, legal, procurement, UI/UX, and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable products.
• Champion cloud-native, API-first, secure-by-design platforms aligned with cloud migration and compliance.
• Embed AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, automation, and analytics; define governance and ROI.
• Lead modernization: assess legacy platforms and rationalize/decommission as needed.
• Manage vendors, budgets, risks, procurement, and executive reporting.
• Drive enterprise adoption, change management, and measurable benefits realization.
• Monitor product performance via KPIs, SLAs, XLAs, adoption metrics, optimization.
• Build and mentor cross-functional teams to drive innovation and delivery excellence.
• Support co-creation labs and public-private partnerships to accelerate innovation.

Job description

Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from vision and strategy through to delivery and utilization of enterprise digital products including highly scaled shared platforms. Drive product transformation through design-thinking, data-driven decision making, automation including Gen AI, Agentic AI, and human-centered design.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Own the product vision, strategy, business case, roadmap, and value realization aligned with government priorities and strategic outcomes.
2. Translate business & user requirements, and policies into scalable product capabilities, integrated solutions, and prioritized product roadmaps.
3. Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle using modern product management practices, Agile, Lean, DevSecOps, and continuous discovery and delivery approaches, from ideation through delivery, adoption, optimization, and evolution.
4. Prioritize product backlogs based on customer insights, analytics, business value, and strategic objectives.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders including but not limited to enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, data, legal, procurement, UI/UX, and business stakeholders to design and deliver secure, scalable, and integrated products.
6. Champion cloud-native, API-first, secure-by-design, and reusable platform capabilities, ensuring alignment with cloud migration, data management, sovereignty, cybersecurity, and government compliance requirements.
7. Embed AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, automation, and analytics into product capabilities, including defining AI use cases, governance frameworks, responsible AI controls, and ROI measurement
8. Lead modernization initiatives, including legacy platform assessment, rationalization, and decommissioning aligned with technology strategy and value realization objectives.
9. Manage vendors, budgets, risks, procurement activities, and executive reporting to ensure successful product delivery.
10. Drive enterprise adoption, change management, stakeholder engagement, and measurable benefits realization across government entities.
11. Monitor and improve product performance where deemed necessary, through KPIs, SLAs, XLAs, adoption metrics, utilization optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
12. Build and mentor high-performing cross-functional product teams that advance innovation, collaboration, and delivery excellence.
13. Support co-creation labs, innovation ecosystems, and public-private partnerships to accelerate innovation, validate emerging solutions, and enhance product capabilities.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, artificial intelligence, information systems, or a related digital discipline. Master's degree preferred.
2. Relevant product or project management certifications preferred.
3. 5-7 years of experience in digital product management, with 3+ years leading enterprise-scale or government platforms.
4. Proven experience delivering AI-enabled, cloud-based, and SaaS products within complex enterprise environments.
5. Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, prompt engineering, AI governance, and MLOps concepts.
6. Experience applying modern product management practices, including Agile, Scrum, OKRs, Design Thinking, product analytics, and experimentation.
7. Strong stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and executive presentation skills.
