Qualifications

• 3+ years in Account Management / Client Success in a digital marketing agency.
• Experience handling 20+ accounts simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media and paid advertising.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.
• Ability to coordinate with delivery teams and manage expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Understand client goals and coordinate with internal teams for delivery.
• Manage client communication, timelines and deliverables.
• Conduct regular client meetings and provide performance updates and recommendations.
• Monitor account performance and identify upsell opportunities.
• Resolve client concerns professionally and proactively.
• Work with SEO, PPC, social, content and other delivery teams.
• Maintain accurate account records and follow-ups.
