Job summary

Compunnel Inc. is seeking an experienced UX leader to own the end-to-end experience across multiple digital platforms. The role requires close collaboration with the leadership team to translate strategic inputs into actionable UX improvements.

You will assess current platforms, map user journeys, ensure consistency across modules, and guide vendors through UX enhancements. The ideal candidate has 12+ years of UX experience, strong stakeholder communication, and fluency in Arabic to support

Qualifications

• 12+ years of UX/Product experience, with leadership exposure
• Arabic speaking is mandatory
• Ability to translate business inputs into UX improvements
• Collaborate with leadership to define platform UX direction
• Conduct user journey mapping, usability reviews, and gap analyses

• Translate business and strategic inputs into clear UX improvements and actionable design recommendations
• Assess the current platform and identify opportunities to:
• Improve usability and user journeys
• Ensure consistency and standardization across modules
• Enhance overall user experience and accessibility
• Work closely with the platform development vendor to guide implementation of UX enhancements
• Define and document UX standards, guidelines, and best practices for the platform and for all customer’s applications
• Conduct user journey mapping, usability reviews, and gap analysis
• Recommend improvements for navigation, workflows, dashboards, and interfaces
• Ensure alignment with Dubai Culture’s digital platforms goals and operational efficiency
• Provide regular updates, insights, and progress reports to stakeholders
• Testing the implemented UX improvements and get users feedback
