Job summary

Qualifications

• 12+ years of UX/Product experience, with leadership exposure
• Arabic speaking is mandatory
• Ability to translate business inputs into UX improvements
• Collaborate with leadership to define platform UX direction
• Conduct user journey mapping, usability reviews, and gap analyses

Responsibilities

• Own the functionality and experience of different digital platforms end to end
• Collaborate directly with the leadership team to understand vision and strategic direction
• Translate business inputs into clear UX improvements and actionable design recommendations
• Assess the current platform and identify opportunities to improve usability and user journeys
• Ensure consistency and standardization across modules
• Enhance overall user experience and accessibility
• Guide implementation with the platform development vendor
• Define and document UX standards, guidelines, and best practices
• Provide regular updates and progress reports to stakeholders
• Test UX changes and gather user feedback
