Arada is seeking a Construction Manager in the UAE to oversee residential and mixed-use developments from planning to completion. You will coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure on-time delivery within budget and to high quality standards.

The role requires a bachelor's in civil engineering and a minimum of eight years' experience, with strong leadership, communication, and PM software skills (Primavera, MS Project). UAE/GCC experience is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in construction management for residential/mixed-use projects.
• Experience leading site teams and coordinating with contractors and clients.
