Job summary

Create Recruitment Specialists Ltd. is partnering with a regional lifestyle brand in Dubai to appoint a Senior Designer for Womenswear who will own the category and shape its creative identity as the brand grows.

The role focuses on translating direction into strong product and storytelling across ranges, silhouettes, and fabrics. You will balance bold design with commercial performance, collaborating with Product, Buying and suppliers to build cohesive collections that reflect regional culture

Qualifications

• Senior design experience in Womenswear at a strong international fashion or lifestyle brand.
• A portfolio showing original thinking, range-building and commercial success.
• A good grasp of fit, construction, fabrication and technical feasibility.
• Experience working alongside Product/Buying and suppliers.
• Understanding of the region’s culture, aesthetics and customer.
• We especially want designers who can bring that fluency into the product itself: references, silhouettes, details and point of view.

• Own Womenswear design from first concept through development.

Create are partnering with a purpose-led, eco-conscious lifestyle brand born in the UAE. It has built a loyal community across the region and is now entering its next chapter, with growing retail and a clear ambition to raise its creative standard.

This is a newly shaped role. The business is investing in Design to build stronger creative capability and clear category ownership. They’re looking for a Senior Designer to own Womenswear and put their stamp on how the brand looks, feels and evolves.

The role

• Own Womenswear design from first concept through development
