Job summary

Stosa Cucine Dubai is seeking a Senior Design Consultant for its Sheikh Zayed Road showroom in Dubai. This design-led role requires formal training and a strong design portfolio, with responsibility for the client journey from brief to completion.

You will personally design kitchens on Stosa's platform, guiding layouts, materials, finishes, and technical details. Fluency in English is essential; Italian/Russian is a plus. This full-time, on-site role resides in UAE's luxury showroom environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related design field is required.
• Minimum 3 years designing luxury kitchens, furniture, or interiors.
• Ability to produce layouts, elevations, and technical drawings independently.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Welcome walk in clients, take their brief, and design kitchens from concept to completion.
• Create bespoke kitchen concepts, layouts, elevations, and technical drawings.
• Present kitchen design, materials, finishes, worktops and appliances with design authority.
• Lead design and sales discussions in a luxury showroom environment.
• Collaborate with architects and designers on client projects.
• Build and maintain long term client relationships through project stages.

Role

We are looking for a Senior Design Consultant, a true designer first, who can also own the client and sales relationship. You will lead consultations from first walk in to project completion, personally designing each client's kitchen on Stosa's internal design platform, guiding them through layouts, materials, finishes, appliances, and technical detailing. This role requires real design skill and training, not just the ability to sell a finished product.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome walk in clients, take their brief, and personally design their kitchen from concept to completion
• Create bespoke kitchen concepts, layouts, elevations, and technical drawings
• Present kitchen design, materials, finishes, worktops and appliances with design authority
• Lead design and sales discussions in a luxury showroom environment

• Build and maintain long term client relationships, following up through every project stage
• Set design and visual standards within the showroom

• A trained designer first, comfortable also owning the sales and client relationship
• Creative, with a strong eye for detail, proportion, and finish
• Proactive and high energy, a true go getter who loves the design process
• Organized and structured, comfortable managing multiple client projects
• Comfortable working full time from a physical showroom, this is not a remote or hybrid role

Requirements

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related design field, required, not optional
• 3+ years' experience designing luxury kitchens, furniture, or interiors
• Proven ability to produce layouts, elevations, and technical drawings independently
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software (training provided on Metron)
• Client facing, sales driven experience in a luxury environment is a strong advantage
• Fluent English required; Italian and/or Russian is a strong advantage given our client base
• Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai, available full time, on site
