Job summary

Al Ramad Al Thahabi Furniture Industry LLC (Furnispace) seeks an experienced Architect/Interior Designer to manage luxury interior design projects from concept development to execution. You will be the primary client contact and ensure seamless collaboration with internal departments across the project lifecycle.

You will coordinate with the 3D visualization, drafting, and production teams, conduct site visits and coordination meetings, and create mood boards that reflect the project vision.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Architect/Interior Designer with luxury project portfolio.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp or similar 3D design tools.
• Eye for detail and creative problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage luxury interior design projects from concept to completion.
• Serve as the main client contact and coordinate with internal departments.

• Independently manage luxury interior design projects from concept development to execution and final completion.




• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal departments throughout the project lifecycle.




• Conduct client meetings confidently to understand project requirements, design preferences, budgets, and timelines.




• Confidently communicate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, budgets, and expectations.




• Coordinate closely with the 3D visualization team, technical drafting team, production team, suppliers, and project execution staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion.




• Conduct site visits, project briefings, and coordination meetings to maintain project quality and progress.




• Create mood boards and material boards that align with project visions.




• Maintain knowledge of current design trends, materials and advanced design software.




• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining excellent attention to detail and deadlines.




• Ensure design quality, attention to detail, and alignment with approved concepts.




• Maintain strong professional relationships with clients through excellent communication and service.




• Stay updated with current design trends, materials, and advanced design software.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as an Architect/ interior designer with a strong portfolio, particularly in luxury projects.




• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp or familiarity with other 3D design software.




• Exceptional eye for detail and a creative approach to problem-solving.




• Valid UAE driving license is required.




• Passionate about design and committed to delivering excellence.




• Language Requirements: Arabic/Russian/European language proficiency preferred.
