Job summary

Une entreprise de design architectural internationale cherche un Senior Design Architect pour son bureau de Dubaï. Le candidat idéal dirigera une équipe de 10 designers juniors et devra posséder d'excellentes compétences en communication et en design. Il/elle aura au moins 8 ans d'expérience dans le domaine et sera capable de développer des visions créatives pour des projets divers tels que des masterplans et des projets d'hospitalité. Ce rôle est basé à Dubaï.

Qualifications

• Minimum de 8 ans d'expérience significative en travaux de design.
• Capacité de présenter de manière articulée en anglais.
• Autonome, motivé et orienté vers les résultats.

Responsibilities

• Diriger une équipe de 10 designers juniors.
• Développer des visions et des scénarios pour des projets variés.
• Illustrer des idées par des croquis et des logiciels de design.

Descriptif du poste

Role: The right candidate is a specialist in the concept stage. He / she would lead a team of 10 younger designers so excellent communication skills is a must. Should have experience in developing visions and story line for masterplans, mixed use, and hospitality projects. Highly skilled in illustrating their ideas through sketches and design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Grasshopper.

• Lead a team of 10 junior designers; excellent communication skills are essential.
• Develop visions and storylines for masterplans, mixed-use and hospitality projects.
• Illustrate ideas through sketches and design software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Grasshopper.
• Produce original and creative design work; oversee timely and quality deliverables.
• Deliver powerful presentations to clients to obtain design approvals.

Profil recherché

Requirements :

• Recognized architecture degree
• Minimum 8 years of solid experience in design works
• Excellent writing, reading and articulated speaking abilities in English
• Hardworking, driven and result oriented
• Good project and people management skills
• Position is based in Dubai
