Job summary

Analog in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end customer and partner solution delivery. You will own contract delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality commitments are met while maintaining strong relationships with customer stakeholders.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, product, AI research, robotics, and business units, manage risks and dependencies, and drive adoption and handover to guarantee customers realize intended value

Qualifications

• 5-10 years in technical delivery, engagement, or program management with direct customer-facing responsibility.
• Background in AI, robotics, digital platforms, or enterprise-scale deployments.
• Strong customer orientation with ability to build trust with senior stakeholders.
• Delivery leadership in end-to-end contracts or large programs.
• Understanding of modern tech stacks (AI/ML, robotics, digital twins, real-time data).
• Experience with Agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own Contract Delivery: plan and execute customer contracts meeting scope, timelines, and quality.
• Be the Customer’s Delivery Partner: act as primary delivery-facing representative with government/enterprise stakeholders.
• Translate Agreements into Action: break down contracts into clear project plans, milestones, responsibilities.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: align engineering, product, AI, robotics, and business units.
• Manage Risks and Dependencies: identify issues early, remove blockers, communicate with stakeholders.
• Ensure Adoption and Handover: oversee onboarding, training, and transition to realize value.
• Drive Reporting and Transparency: provide structured updates to customers and leadership.
• Champion Continuous Improvement: capture lessons and improve delivery playbooks.
