Saab UAE seeks a seasoned Business Development & Sales Manager to lead the capture and growth of Saab's land portfolio in the UAE and broader Middle East. You will build key relationships with Land Forces, MoD and government agencies, shape complete C-UAS and training solutions, and guide proposals through to contracts.

You will coordinate with Saab units and ensure compliance with export regulations while advancing opportunities, winning bids and growing long-term partnerships in a fast-moving

Qualificações

• 5+ years in defense sales, business development or capture, or senior Army background with hands-on knowledge
• Proven track record in defense deals and negotiations with customers
• Strong understanding of C-UAS or air defense concepts; experience with training systems is a plus
• Able to obtain security clearances and communicate complex material clearly

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with Land Forces, MoD and other military/government agencies
• Identify opportunities and own the capture process from first meeting to signed contract
• Shape complete C-UAS solutions across sensors, C2 and effectors
• Position training & simulation as a standalone capability and show its impact on readiness
• Represent Saab's land portfolio and adapt to changing needs and export rules
• Collaborate with Saab units and trade compliance teams
• Lead proposals: develop win themes, coordinate pricing and keep Sweden and others aligned
• Translate operator needs into customer-ready solutions and articulate engineering concepts to customers
• Monitor market trends, price-to-win and keep ahead of new drones and counter-measures
• Grow long-term customer relationships into partnerships
