Job summary

LevelUP HCS is seeking a Manager, Business Development for Land and Naval Platforms in Abu Dhabi to grow our land and naval platforms business. You will work with customers, engineering and programme teams to turn requirements into winning, commercially sound offers.

You will build and execute business development plans, identify new opportunities, lead capture strategy and proposal development, and maintain a vigorous pipeline while engaging senior military, security and industry stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related.
• 5+ years' experience in defence business development, sales, capture or programme management.
• Knowledge of land or naval platforms, armoured vehicles, maritime systems or associated technologies.
• A technical background that lets you engage credibly with customers and engineers.
• Experience with UAE or GCC customers is strongly preferred.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
