Qualifications

• Design develop and optimize ETL ELT pipelines using SQL Python Snowflake and Airflow
• Build scalable batch incremental real-time and CDC-based data ingestion solutions
• Develop and maintain data warehouses and dimensional models for analytics and reporting
• Create and manage Airflow DAGs for workflow orchestration scheduling and monitoring
• Optimize Snowflake data models query performance and data loading processes
• Translate business requirements into scalable and reliable data engineering solutions
• Enhance data platform performance reliability scalability and cost efficiency
• Produce technical documentation and support analytics teams with high-quality data assets

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of hands-on experience in data engineering, with strong expertise in SQL, Python, ETL/ELT development, and data pipeline automation
• Proven experience designing and optimizing data warehouses, dimensional models, and analytics-ready data structures
• Strong knowledge of batch, incremental, CDC, and merge/upsert data loading strategies, with experience handling structured and semi-structured data
• Advanced experience with Snowflake, including data modeling, data loading, query optimization, security, and warehouse management
• Hands-on experience with Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration, DAG development, scheduling, monitoring, and dependency management
• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications such as SnowPro Core, Databricks Data Engineer Professional, or Azure Data Engineer Associate are preferred
• Strong communication skills in English and the ability to design, deploy, and support scalable data solutions in an office-based environment
