Job summary

Salt is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to design and execute analyses across multiple data sources, developing dashboards and reports that provide actionable business insights.

The role involves interpreting complex data using AI, machine learning, and statistical tools to uncover patterns and problems, and identifying trends to support decision-making for stakeholders with KPI frameworks and predictive modeling.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in data, analytics, or business intelligence roles.
• At least 2 years in leadership positions managing data teams and projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to key stakeholders.
• Design and conduct analyses using statistical methods and data mining techniques.
• Transform raw data into meaningful visualizations, dashboards, and reports.
• Identify patterns, trends, and correlations in large datasets to support business decisions.
• Develop and maintain KPI metrics and performance measurement frameworks.
• Create predictive models and forecasts to anticipate business trends and opportunities.
