Job summary

Al-Futtaim in Dubai is seeking a highly analytical Business Analyst to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights. You will support management decisions by analyzing performance, developing accurate reports, and creating meaningful data visualisations.

You will build dashboards with Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx, collaborating with Sales, Finance, HR, Payroll and other stakeholders to identify challenges and opportunities while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of five years of professional experience.
• At least three years of relevant experience, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Experience in business analysis, management reporting, dashboard development, or performance analytics.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly management reports accurately and on time.
• Analyze business performance and translate data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
• Develop new reports and automate existing planning and reporting processes.
• Create dashboards and visualisations using Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx.
• Partner with key stakeholders to identify operational challenges and improvement opportunities.
• Generate business-specific reports and simulations, including sales incentive calculations.
• Communicate reporting and incentive information clearly to relevant stakeholders.
• Manage multiple reporting requirements while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
