Job summary

Paratus Cybersecurity in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Consultant to lead engagement lifecycles—from pre‑sales and solution design to delivery governance and client outcomes.

The ideal candidate acts as a trusted advisor to clients and provides internal technical leadership to ensure high‑quality, consistent delivery of cybersecurity services across MEA region engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, IT or related.
• 8–10 years delivering cybersecurity services, MEA region.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, regulations and frameworks.
• Proven experience delivering complex cybersecurity projects across multiple domains.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales and Solution Ownership: support pre-sales, design, estimation, and SOW input.
• Cybersecurity Service Delivery: own end-to-end delivery across domains and governance.
• Client Engagement and Stakeholder Management: primary contact for engagements and risk mitigation.
• Quality, Risk, and Governance: ensure best practices, risk mitigation, and deliverable quality.
• Solution and Services Portfolio: contribute to portfolio and standardization of offerings.
• Continuous Improvement: stay current with threats, improve methodologies and processes.
