Job summary

Accenture Middle East is seeking a Manager in OT Cybersecurity to own engagements end-to-end, shape strategy, and foster senior client relationships. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, oversee solution design, and drive program governance in the MEA region.

You will grow the practice by pursuing opportunities, developing offerings, and expanding Accenture Security’s regional footprint. Proven leadership in OT/critical infrastructure security is essential.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of cybersecurity consulting experience.
• Proven track record leading multidisciplinary delivery teams.
• Experience with OT or critical infrastructure security and transformation.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of OT cybersecurity engagements from discovery to handover.
• Lead security assessments, maturity reviews, risk assessments in OT/critical infrastructure.
• Develop strategies, roadmaps, and operating models for senior client audiences.
• Advise on OT security strategy, governance, architecture and operating models.
• Oversee design and implementation of cybersecurity solutions ensuring quality and adherence to standards.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and manage client expectations and timelines.
• Support proposals, RFP responses, and growth opportunities in MEA.
