Job summary

Accenture in Dubai is seeking an experienced Manager in OT cybersecurity to own end-to-end client engagements. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, shape strategy, and build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders across the MEA region.

You will contribute to pursuits, develop new offerings, and expand Accenture Security’s regional presence, while guiding transformation programs and ensuring high-impact outcomes for critical infrastructure clients.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in cybersecurity consulting or professional services environments.
• Proven track record leading cybersecurity consulting engagements and multidisciplinary delivery teams.
• Strong experience across cybersecurity strategy, risk, governance, architecture, and transformation—OT or critical infra exposure preferred.
• Experience leading solution design, engineering, and implementation in complex client environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end OT cybersecurity engagements—from discovery to handover.
• Oversee security assessments, maturity reviews, and risk analyses across OT environments.
• Develop and present strategies, roadmaps, and business cases to senior client audiences.
• Lead executive workshops, solution presentations, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
