Job summary

CPX in Abu Dhabi seeks a seasoned cybersecurity advisor and client success lead to drive value realization for a portfolio of managed security services clients. You bridge client stakeholders and MSSP delivery, ensuring service alignment with objectives and operational expectations.

You will provide technical leadership on escalations, promote service excellence, and guide continuous improvement initiatives that enhance client experience, security maturity, and long-term outcomes.

Qualifications

• CISSP certification is required.
• Extensive experience with MSSP operations, SOC, MDR, SIEM, EDR/XDR.
• Proven skills in governance, incident management, and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of managed security services clients and act as primary success contact.
• Lead service reviews, governance meetings, and steering committees.
• Provide technical advisory across SOC, SIEM, MDR, EDR/XDR, and Threat Intelligence.
• Handle escalations and coordinate major incident communications.
• Drive continuous service improvement and KPI tracking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client objectives.
