Job summary

Veeam is seeking a Sr. Customer Success Engineer in Dubai to drive long-term customer outcomes across the Securiti Data Command Center platform.

You will lead onboarding, adoption and optimization, identify churn risk, and apply expertise in DSPM, Privacy, Data Security, and AI Governance to deliver measurable value. You will engage CISO, CIO, Chief Privacy Officer, and Data Leadership with clear risk and opportunity updates, guiding expansion and renewal in collaboration with Sales and CS

Qualifications

• 12+ years in customer-facing technical roles focused on data security, privacy, governance, cloud security, or enterprise software.
• Hands-on expertise across cloud platforms, data platforms, SaaS applications, security technologies, and enterprise architectures.
• Strong experience conducting technical assessments, driving adoption programs, and delivering measurable customer outcomes; familiarity with DSPM, Privacy, or AI Governance platforms is a plus.
• Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator/SA, CISSP, CIPP, CIPM or similar.

Responsibilities

• Setup customer accounts and onboarding; orient stakeholders and portal administration.
• Identify expansion opportunities; analyze usage; align business outcomes with product adoption.
• Conduct assessments; recommend solutions across DSPM, Privacy, Data Security, and AI Governance.
• Perform health checks; review data security, privacy, and AI governance posture; deliver quarterly reviews.
• Monitor churn signals; define mitigation plans; support renewal strategy with technical insights.
• Engage senior stakeholders (CISO, CIO, Chief Privacy Officer) with risk/status updates.
