Job summary

Veeam Software in Dubai is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to drive onboarding, adoption and resilience assessments for enterprise customers. You will own the technical success plan and engage CISO/CIO stakeholders, aligning technical adoption with business outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years in customer-facing engineering, fluency in English and Arabic, and VMCE certification (or completion soon after hire).

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing engineering roles focused on data backup and recovery.
• VMCE certification required (may be completed post-hire within an agreed timeframe).
• Executive stakeholder engagement skills with CISO/CIO; able to translate technical signals into business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding, adoption, and optimization for customers.
• Identify churn risk and upsell opportunities; support renewal strategy.
• Conduct DR/Resilience assessments and quarterly reports.
• Collaborate on adoption campaigns and expansion with Sales/CS.
• Engage CISO/CIO stakeholders with clear risk and renewal updates.
• Define technical success plans and adoption roadmaps.
