Job summary

Supabase is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead technical discovery, design platform demonstrations, and collaborate with customers to define technical scope for value proofs. You will guide onboarding journeys using documentation, guides, and webinars and deliver architecture assessments and database optimization.

You will serve as an internal champion, providing platform feedback to Support, Product, and Engineering teams to drive customer value.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Database Engineering, or similar.
• Experience with relational database management systems like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Experience in web application development with Python, C#, Node.js, or JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, Svelte).
• Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts to business impact.
• Experience leading customer-facing engagements to deliver technical and business value.
• Familiarity with project management and revenue operations tools like HubSpot or BigQuery.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery to uncover business and technical objectives and define success criteria.
• Design, build, and present Supabase platform demonstrations to high-value customers.
• Collaborate with customers to determine technical scope for proof-of-value implementations.
• Guide new customers through onboarding journeys using documentation, guides, and webinars.
• Deliver application architecture assessments and database design optimization.
• Act as an internal champion by providing platform feedback to Support, Product, and Engineering teams.
