Bybit is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Specialist/Relationship Manager to join our team. You will target crypto derivatives clients globally, including trading firms and market makers, building a robust client book and driving revenue growth while expanding our institutional client base.

You will work with internal teams to shape sales strategies, stay ahead of market trends, and deliver compelling value propositions.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in crypto derivatives/options sales.
Proven track record with trading firms, market makers, and institutional clients.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

Proactively hunt and acquire new clients in the crypto derivatives market.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing business and satisfaction.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the market.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product developments.
Provide feedback to product teams to enhance offerings based on client needs.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market insights for management.
