Puffy, a market-leading D2C brand, seeks a Senior CRO Manager to own on-site conversion rate optimization, experimentation roadmap, UX and merchandising direction, and the optimization backlog, reporting to the VP Digital Experience & Conversion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CRO and analytics in high-traffic e-commerce.
• Proven impact on Revenue Per Visitor through experiments.
• Strong GA4 analytics and behavior tools experience.
• Experience in pricing psychology and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end CRO roadmap and experimentation program.
• Lead on-site UX, pricing, and messaging optimization.
• Drive merchandising direction and promotion strategy.
• Present data-backed insights to senior leadership.
